Draft for informational purposes. Legal review is recommended before relying on this document.

This Privacy Policy describes how Saxor (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with OperatorX, a B2B software service for freight operations.

We collect account information (such as name, business email, and authentication data), operational data you choose to enter (loads, expenses, settlements, and related records), and technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

We use this information to provide and improve OperatorX, authenticate users, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers that help us host, authenticate, or operate the product may process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Data is processed in the United States unless we notify otherwise.

You (the business customer) control the operational content in your tenant. Business contacts should direct privacy requests to their organization administrator; we will assist administrators with access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable.

We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it according to our retention practices.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a B2B SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong credentials and limit access to authorized staff.

This Policy is intended for business use under U.S. law, with Saxor operating in connection with Florida. If we update this Policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Contact: privacy@saxor.co (placeholder).
